Overview
On the 24th of November 2023, BIET successfully hosted the Group Project Management Workshop 2023 for the students of St. Joseph’s College. The workshop aimed to introduce students to essential principles of project planning, teamwork, leadership, and effective project execution.
Objective of the Workshop
The workshop was designed to provide foundational knowledge and practical skills in managing group-based academic and professional projects. It focused on enhancing participants’ abilities in task delegation, time management, communication, conflict resolution, and achieving shared goals in a team environment.
